Our personal service ensures that the event is tailored to suit your individual needs and budget . We offer the flexability to cater for the main course only or up to a five course meal including a full bar , staff , set up , pack down and clean up . We can arrange everything from marquee's and hiring, the wedding cake, flowers, security, photography, audio visual equipment and entertainment.

Often our clients choose some finger food for their guests following the ceremony whilst the phototgraphs are taking place. We can offer an entrée served to the table or Italian style antipasto platters as a sharing course . Our specialty has always been the Gourmet BBQ or Gourmet Spit Roast buffet main course where guests have the flexability to choose from the variety on offer and help themselves with the assistance of our dedicated chefs and waiters. We can provide a full dessert buffet or cheese and fruit platters to compliment the wedding cake. Our service can include cutting your cake and providing china plates and cutlery for your convienience with tea & coffee to follow .
