Our beverage packages are a set rate and priced according to how many hours you require the drinks to be served for.
OUR SOMMELIER’S DRINK PACKAGE INCLUDES :
- SPARKLING WINE – Killawarra Brut
- WHITE WINE – The Niche Sauvignon Blanc
- RED WINE The Niche Cabernet
- BEER Asahi, Heineken,Cascade Light – craft beer is available on request
- SOFT DRINKS Orange juice, lemon mineral water, sparkling mineral water & assorted soft drinks
- WINE AND BEER UPGRADES Upgrades are available – please ask for the seasonal list
ALSO INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE :
- Glassware – 3 types : sparkling , soft drinks/ beer and wine
- Ice and drinks tubs
- Trestles tables with white linen tablecloths for the bar
- Upright tall free standing bar’s can be hired on your behalf ( instead of using trestles and tablecloths )

Professional bar staff will set up the bar & glasses, serve guests and pack up the bar & glasses at the conclusion of the event for your convenience
